Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret software and functional requirements.
- Design and prepare comprehensive test cases to ensure high coverage.
- Execute manual testing procedures and report issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes and results.
- Support automation initiatives using Python and BDD frameworks (preferably Behave).
- Identify and log defects accurately.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and timely project deliveries.
- Create verification/validation reports and trace matrices as per project needs.
- Adhere to defined Quality Management System standards.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of software/functional requirements analysis.
- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting in Python.
- Familiarity with BDD frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD processes is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Understanding of defect management tools and procedures.
- Problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Healthcare domain experience.
- Knowledge of additional scripting languages.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
