Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
• Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to client requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate skills, experience, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Develop and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Ensure timely communication with both candidates and clients.
• Learn and understand US recruitment processes, employment terms, and hiring practices.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
