Role Overview

The Python Associate Software Engineer supports the development and maintenance of software applications built with Python. This entry-level position suits recent graduates or professionals with limited experience who want to begin a career in software development. The selected candidate will work under senior developers and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in exploring fundamental AI and machine learning concepts and support the integration of simple ML models into applications.
• Participate in code reviews to understand best practices and improve development skills.
• Debug and resolve basic technical issues with guidance from senior developers.
• Help optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to improve technical knowledge.
• Support data preprocessing, cleaning, and visualization tasks used in AI-driven features.
• Learn and assist with basic AI-powered functionalities such as recommendation systems, chatbots, or predictive models.
• Follow company delivery principles, including delivering requested features on time, within budget, with quality, and with a positive user experience.

Requirements

• Degree in BE, B.Tech, MCA, or MSc IT.
• Basic knowledge of data handling and analysis using Python.
• Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Exposure to version control tools such as Git.
• Attention to detail and basic problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Basic exposure to machine learning concepts or tools such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development practices is considered a plus.
