Your Role

As an Associate Product Analyst in Technical Support, you will assist global customers during India business hours by applying product knowledge of PTC’s PLM platform, Windchill. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, clarifying product functionality, and documenting solutions for medium to advanced customer cases.

You will also contribute to the PTC Knowledge Base by writing technical articles that capture best practices, troubleshooting methods, and effective resolutions.

Your Team

You will join an experienced Windchill PLM support team based in Pune, India. The team collaborates with global colleagues and supports customers worldwide while delivering technical solutions that help companies develop high quality products.

Your Day-to-Day

• Assist customers and field staff with configuration issues, installation questions, and functional troubleshooting related to Windchill products.
• Deliver customer focused support by understanding issues and applying knowledge of PTC products and support processes.
• Develop advanced understanding of Windchill installation and functionality topics while contributing updates to the PTC Knowledge Base.
• Create software configurations, reproduce reported issues, investigate technical problems, and track resolutions.
• Work with internal teams including R&D and QA to resolve complex cases and communicate progress to customers.
• Support the development of technical training materials and documentation.
• Coordinate with global support teams to provide consistent assistance for mission critical customer environments.

Required Skills and Background

• Strong understanding of Java and databases.
• Basic operating system administration skills for Windows or Unix.
• Fundamental networking and configuration knowledge.
• Experience with Windchill functionality or configuration is beneficial.
