Role Overview
The Associate Product Analyst will provide professional support to PTC’s global customers during India business hours. The role involves applying product knowledge of PTC’s PLM solution, Windchill, to clarify issues, troubleshoot problems, communicate resolutions, and document solutions for medium to advanced customer cases.
The position also contributes to the PTC Knowledge Base by documenting best practices, troubleshooting approaches, and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers and field teams with configuration, installation, and functionality queries related to Windchill products.
- Deliver customer focused service by understanding issues, applying product knowledge, and following support processes.
- Develop deeper expertise in Windchill installation and functionality while contributing knowledge articles to the PTC Knowledge Base.
- Create software configurations, reproduce issues, and investigate technical problems while tracking resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as R&D and QA to resolve technical issues and communicate updates to customers.
- Assist with technical training materials and documentation.
- Work with global offices to deliver reliable support for mission critical customer environments.
Team Environment
The role is part of the Windchill PLM support team based in Pune, India. The team supports customers worldwide and focuses on delivering technical solutions that help organizations build high quality products and gain value from their PLM systems.
