Procurement Operation Analyst

This role is structured as a hybrid position, with an expectation of working from the HPE office about two days each week.

Management Level

The role applies foundational knowledge of procurement principles, concepts, and practices to assignments of limited scope. Work is performed using professional knowledge gained through education, training, or early career experience. The position contributes to team objectives by providing information, analysis, and recommendations while exercising judgment within defined guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement operations with a focus on basic commodities that require limited technical specialization.
• Work with internal teams across the organization to achieve commodity objectives while ensuring compliance with business controls and procurement policies.
• Handle process driven activities such as reviewing purchase requests, performing procurement and financial checks, and using automated procurement tools.
• Assist cross functional teams in executing commodity strategies and delivering operational procurement activities.

Required Qualifications

• First level university degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 0 to 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related functions.

Knowledge and Skills

• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain operations.
• Analytical and technical aptitude.
• Experience using business applications such as web based tools or SAP based systems.
• Ability to work with business systems and process oriented tasks.
