Responsibilities

• Process trade finance transactions, including bank documentary products related to Import, Export, and Guarantee, without vetting or document checking scope.
• Learn, understand, and apply training on international trade finance guidelines (International Chamber of Commerce).
• Perform first-level processing of transactions received from the bank's middle office, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ICC Guidelines.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and predetermined control and compliance procedures.
• Ensure the highest quality processing of transactions and meet turnaround time targets with good efficiency.
• Support the team and team leader in inventory management and adhere to agreed priority management levels.
• Deliver against client service level agreements.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree are preferred.
• Good reasoning and logical skills, plus basic computer proficiency.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Foundation-level knowledge of accounting and finance principles is an advantage.
• For bilingual resources: proficiency in French (spoken and written), minimum grade A2.
• Foundation-level knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-directed and ambitious achiever.
