About the Role
Persona is seeking Virtual Assistants to support clients as they manage and grow different areas of their businesses. This position is flexible and combines business support with light personal and executive assistance across multiple workstreams.
The role is well suited for early-career professionals who are comfortable with technology, adaptable, and interested in growing alongside a long-term client.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, send, and organize business emails and routine communications
- Attend video meetings, capture notes, and share action items
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and external partners
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings across time zones
- Conduct online research and organize findings into spreadsheets
- Prepare basic reports, presentations, and analyses
- Assist with light creative tasks including writing, formatting, and media coordination
- Provide light personal and executive assistance such as travel research, reminders, and errands coordination
- Support miscellaneous administrative tasks and special projects
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English communication skills
- Comfortable using modern productivity tools and learning new software quickly
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Available for long-term, full-time work
- Able to work during U.S. business hours (PT, CT, or ET)
- No prior experience required, though relevant experience is beneficial
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Previous virtual assistant or remote support experience
- Comfortable handling both business and light personal support responsibilities
Tools & Technologies
Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Calendly, Notion, Asana, Slack, Zoom, Loom, and basic CRM platforms including HubSpot and Salesforce.
