Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Performance Testing Fresher/Trainee Engineer with training in performance testing tools and methodologies. This role is ideal for candidates eager to apply their knowledge in a real-world environment and grow their expertise in performance engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts using tools like JMeter.
• Support in creating and running performance test scenarios including Load, Stress, and Volume tests.
• Learn to analyze test results and contribute to performance optimization recommendations.
• Participate in test planning, environment setup, and monitoring activities under senior guidance.
• Gain exposure to APM tools such as Elastic APM, Grafana, and Datadog for performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and simulate real-world loads.
• Assist in identifying performance bottlenecks, memory issues, and scalability challenges.
• Document test results, prepare reports, and contribute to process improvements.
• Perform functional testing and write test cases as needed.
• Adhere to internal controls and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Hands-on practice with JMeter during training.
• Basic understanding of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Apache Tomcat.
• Knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Awareness of Elastic APM, JVM profiling, and system resource monitoring.
• Basic programming or scripting skills in Java, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, Bitbucket, or GitLab.
• Good-to-have: Experience with Selenium, TestNG, Rest Assured, Postman, or API testing.
• Additional advantage: Understanding of Salesforce ecosystem.

Education & Eligibility

Bachelor of Technology or equivalent degree in a relevant field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
