Role Overview
Pearson VUE is seeking On-Call Test Administrators to support exam delivery at test centers. This part-time, fully onsite position involves working in a secure testing environment and helping ensure that every candidate has a smooth and professional exam experience. Work schedules are flexible and may include shifts between morning and late evening depending on operational requirements.
Purpose of the Role
The Test Administrator is responsible for maintaining secure exam delivery while providing a professional and welcoming environment for test takers. The role requires careful adherence to procedures and strong attention to detail when supporting testing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all testing procedures and adhere strictly to company policies while exercising sound judgment.
- Check in candidates, verify identification, and explain the examination process.
- Monitor and invigilate candidates during testing sessions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues when required.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including sanitizing keyboards and equipment after each test session.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules as required.
