
The Associate in the CSDD Content Operations team supports the daily execution of operational activities within the Content Strategy and Digital Delivery group. Working under the guidance of team supervisors and advanced associates, the role focuses on completing clearly defined and repeatable tasks with accuracy and consistency.
This position is intended for individuals developing foundational experience in content operations. The associate follows established standard operating procedures, maintains reliable records, and escalates issues through defined channels when needed.
The role suits candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience or internship exposure. Background in content production, publishing, digital operations, or administrative support environments is considered beneficial.
Content Operations Execution: Complete assigned operational tasks accurately and within deadlines while following defined SOPs. Provide timely status updates and support the team during key delivery cycles.
Process and Record Keeping: Follow documented workflows and maintain accurate records in SharePoint or other designated repositories. Update job aids and process documentation when instructed.
Tooling and Tracker Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date workflows and trackers in JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar tools. Report tooling issues, data inconsistencies, or anomalies to supervisors promptly.
Issue Escalation: Identify routine operational issues and escalate them with sufficient context for quick resolution. Recognize situations that require supervisor attention.
Stakeholder Communication: Share task progress and workflow updates with supervisors and actively participate in team check-ins and reviews.
Data and Reporting Support: Assist with preparing, validating, and organizing data used for reporting. Help maintain dashboards and datasets aligned with operational trackers.
Candidates should have familiarity with, or willingness to learn, the following systems and tools:
JIRA for task tracking, workflow management, and issue logging
Smartsheet for project tracking, operational trackers, and reporting
Microsoft Teams, Planner, and SharePoint for collaboration and file management
Excel for data handling (advanced functions preferred) and exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools
