About the Apprenticeship Program
Pearson India’s Apprenticeship Program is designed for graduates and early career professionals to gain structured training, practical exposure, and mentorship from experienced professionals. Through a mix of hands-on work and guided learning, apprentices develop the professional and technical capabilities required to succeed in a global organization.
About the Team
ServiceNow is a cloud-based platform used by organizations to manage IT services and automate business workflows. It enables teams to manage incidents, service requests, and operational changes through a unified system. Apprentices will gain practical exposure to enterprise IT service management tools and processes.
About the Role
As a Junior ServiceNow Analyst, you will support daily operations, quality assurance, and enhancement activities on the ServiceNow platform. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in platform administration, quality validation, and support functions.
You will collaborate with senior analysts and stakeholders to assist with configuration tasks, troubleshooting, and deployment activities. The role also includes contributing to data management, reporting, and platform optimization under the guidance of experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for products, applications, and processes running on the ServiceNow platform.
- Participate in the agile development process and assist in implementing minor enhancements and defect fixes.
- Create reports, dashboards, and metrics using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and related reporting tools.
- Perform platform administration tasks including CMDB maintenance, user access management, and system configuration.
- Monitor and support data imports and integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve data quality and apply corrective actions.
- Validate platform enhancements and updates when required.
- Assist with semi-annual platform upgrades and quarterly patching activities by supporting planning, testing, and deployment.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time apprenticeship role working Monday to Friday, around 40 hours per week. Some schedule flexibility may be required to coordinate with global teams across different time zones.
