As an Apprentice in the OneCRM team, you will assist with the daily operations and ongoing improvements of Pearson’s Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
This role provides exposure to a large enterprise CRM system used by global sales and customer service teams. You will collaborate with experienced Salesforce professionals to support users, investigate issues, and contribute to system enhancements.
Through real project assignments, you will learn how Salesforce environments are configured and maintained in a production setting and how technology solutions align with business processes.
This apprenticeship is a full‑time position from Monday to Friday, approximately 40 hours per week. Some flexibility may be required to coordinate with global teams across different time zones.
