Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming requests related to web analytics.
- Review, validate, and process user setup requests within the Angelfish platform.
- Provide reporting and manage user access in Adobe Analytics according to approved requests.
- Ensure all requests are completed within the defined 24‑hour SLA.
- Communicate with requesters to confirm details, resolve issues, and provide status updates.
- Follow documented procedures, access controls, and compliance guidelines.
- Troubleshoot basic access or configuration issues using logical problem solving.
- Maintain accurate records of completed requests and updates in tracking tools.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Adhere to employment contract terms, company policies, and directives that may include role changes, work shifts, or alternative work arrangements based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Basic understanding of logical thinking and coding concepts such as variables, conditions, scripts, or queries.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Analytical thinking and basic problem solving skills.
- Ability to follow established processes and meet defined SLAs.
- Willingness to learn tools such as Angelfish and Adobe Analytics.
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple requests efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in support, operations, or access management roles.
- Exposure to reporting tools, analytics platforms, or user access management systems.
- Basic familiarity with SQL, scripting, or similar logic based tools.
