Job Description Summary

This role gives you a chance to learn, innovate, and contribute to next-generation AI-powered integration solutions used by thousands of employees worldwide. What You'll Do

• Design and develop integration solutions that connect AI Agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) Servers with enterprise applications across the Novartis ecosystem.
• Build and automate secure, scalable integrations using API Management, Event Streaming, Messaging, and Enterprise Integration platforms.
• Collaborate with experienced architects, engineers, and product teams to solve real-world business challenges and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Contribute to AI-driven integration initiatives, proof-of-concepts, innovation challenges, hackathons, and technical learning programs.
• Support the integration of AgentCore Gateway with internal and external platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, and other strategic enterprise systems.
