Novartis Hyderabad Hiring Intern - CE Operations | Freshers Eligible
The role offers hands-on exposure to operational excellence, data analytics, process improvement, and digital enablement. The intern will support key business initiatives, work across teams, and help find ways to simplify and improve operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day CE Operations activities and projects.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and data quality checks.
- Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and efficiency.
- Support documentation of processes, SOPs, and operational workflows.
- Contribute to digital initiatives involving Power BI, Dataiku, Power Apps, AI/Copilot, and similar tools.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders on key operational initiatives.
