Role Overview
The Data Operations Analyst supports data processing and operational workflows related to market research and analytics. The role involves working with large datasets, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring timely delivery of processed data for internal and client use.
This position requires adaptability to different shifts and an interest in learning the broader operational processes that support data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, analyze, interpret, and visualize large volumes of data.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of processed data with a strong focus on quality.
- Understand end to end operational workflows and identify areas where process improvements can be implemented.
- Learn upstream and downstream operational processes to improve efficiency in the role.
- Work closely with team members to support operational tasks and meet deadlines.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while handling datasets.
