Job Description
- Enter data accurately and efficiently using various computer programs, word processing, spreadsheet, or database commands, and format material as required.
- Proof entered material and generated data reports, review discrepancies in incoming data, and request clarification or alert your supervisor so customer requests are processed correctly.
- File records, and prepare, transmit, sort, and distribute faxes, mail, email, and reports as needed.
- Uphold high standards of quality and service excellence.
- Process work promptly, meet daily productivity targets, and show urgency while meeting quality and productivity goals.
- Work correctly with multiple currencies and the other requirements involved in processing international orders.
- Manage your time well and plan and organize your work effectively.
- Provide chat support in the local language and other required languages.
- Support local Customer Service teams and assist other teams when needed.
- Help the team with complex or uncommon requests and by sharing best practices.
- Communicate professionally, verbally and in writing, in the local language (minimum), including over the telephone.
