Customer Service Assistant
Job Description
- Enter data accurately and efficiently using various computer programs, word processing, spreadsheet, or database commands, and format material as required.
- Proof entered material and generated data reports as required. Review discrepancies in received data, request clarification or inform the supervisor of data issues, so that customer requests are processed correctly.
- File, keep records, and prepare, transmit, sort, and distribute faxes, mail, e-mail, and reports as needed.
- Promote and maintain high standards of quality and service excellence.
- Process work in a timely manner and meet daily productivity objectives, showing a sense of urgency while achieving quality and productivity goals.
- Understand and correctly work with multiple currencies and other requirements for processing international orders.
- Manage time effectively and plan and organize work.
- Provide chat support as required in the local language and other required languages.
- Support local Customer Service teams and assist other teams when needed.
- Actively support the team by helping with complex or uncommon requests and sharing best practices.
- Communicate professionally, verbally and in writing, in the local language (minimum), including in a telephone environment.
