Job Overview

Syncfusion is seeking a passionate and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with strong artistic skills who can translate concepts into engaging animated videos and motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling motion graphics and animations that effectively communicate ideas and brand messages.
• Develop storyboards, illustrations, and animations aligned with project requirements.
• Edit videos, synchronize voiceovers, and ensure smooth animation flow.
• Maintain high design standards in terms of color, composition, and typography.
• Stay updated with global design trends and animation principles.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduation degree (preferably in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields).
• Graduation year between 2022 and 2025 with minimum 60% in academics.
• HSC completion is mandatory.
• No academic gaps allowed.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Portfolio submission is mandatory.

Required Skills

• Storyboarding and drawing skills.
• 2D animation and motion graphics expertise.
• Video editing and voice synchronization abilities.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Audition, Animate, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, color theory, and typography.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
