About the Role
Amazon's GO-AI Operations team supports automation initiatives at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers, ensuring inventory accuracy through real-time and offline image/video data auditing. As an Associate, ML Data Operations, you will review short videos of stowing actions, apply human judgment alongside available tools, and verify product locations with precision and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Review hundreds of short videos per shift to ensure quality and productivity targets are met.
- Accurately identify and mark product locations using provided tools.
- Maintain high attention to detail, even with blurry or low-quality footage.
- Work towards incremental goals for quality and productivity.
- Collaborate effectively with remote teams and participate in virtual meetings with camera on.
- Adhere to rotational shift schedules, including night shifts, and maintain required workspace standards when working from home.
Work Environment
This role operates in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts (9 hours including breaks). Weekly offs are two consecutive days, which may not fall on weekends. Night shift allowance is provided as per company policy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong focus and attention to detail for video/image/text auditing tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
