Job Description

As a GSS Campaign Operations Associate, you will work on building campaigns for Amazon Prime Video using various marketing tools, operations workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You will be responsible for delivering assigned campaigns on time with the right quality. You will also learn and adapt to new features and process changes while following SOPs during campaign creation. In this role, you will update workflow tools and trackers to monitor daily tasks. Flexibility to work on rotational shifts as per business requirements is needed.

Operations

• Fulfill objectives and KPI criteria for business, such as SLA, productivity, and quality targets
• Alert managers/SMEs on problems or concerns proactively
• Meet daily goals on allocated tasks

Quality and Process Excellence

• Resolve customer-facing trouble ticketing process with 100% SLA and quality
• Comply with SOP or manager's directions and ensure tasks meet quality standards
• Spot and catch errors in SOP content and reach out to respective Subject Matter Experts for correction
• Contribute to process enhancement by offering automation ideas/Kaizens. Goal is to complete at least 1 Kaizen or 4 JDIs in a year
• Participate in deep dives to provide inputs to SMEs during root cause analysis

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to resolve customer-facing trouble ticketing process with 100% SLA and quality
• Comply with SOP or manager's directions and ensure tasks meet quality standards

• Contribute to process enhancement by offering automation ideas/Kaizens
• Deep dive to provide inputs during root cause analysis
