Key Responsibilities

• Perform annotation tasks for ML data in audio, image, video, and text formats, following detailed instructions to ensure accurate ground truth data collection.
• Execute repetitive tasks with high attention to detail, using internal tools and data capture systems.
• Apply strong language skills and grammar knowledge to ensure text accuracy and proper syntax.
• Follow procedures, guidelines, and compliance requirements for new tasks and releases.
• Participate in data collection activities based on provided scripts and instructions.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets, tracking progress and reporting status.
• Conduct quality audits and verification activities to maintain high internal standards.
• Accurately capture and report results, escalating issues promptly through established channels.
• Manage dependencies to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to confidentiality requirements.
• Assist in testing new SOPs and ML tools, providing feedback to improve processes.
• Comply with organizational processes and maintain productivity and quality baselines.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Fluency in spoken, written, and read English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Knowledge of various sports and activities.
