About the Role
Meesho is seeking enthusiastic and creative individuals to join our HR team as an Employee Engagement Intern. This role is designed for those passionate about workplace culture, team spirit, and employee well-being. You will play a crucial role in driving initiatives that foster a vibrant, inclusive, and engaged employee community.
As part of our People team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in conceptualizing and executing employee engagement programs that reflect our culture and values. You’ll be collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience and support an inclusive environment where everyone thrives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging employee programs at both team and organizational levels
- Organize, coordinate, and host employee engagement events
- Collect feedback after program execution and report insights
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand engagement needs
- Support the team in brainstorming and executing creative internal campaigns

- Students currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate or postgraduate studies in relevant fields
