Job Description
Medpace, a global Clinical Research Organization, is expanding and seeking an Entry Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Asia Pacific HR team. This role is fully office-based in the Mumbai, India office and supports recruitment activities across departments.
The position focuses on assisting the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and supporting hiring initiatives such as career fairs and recruitment events. The role suits individuals who are motivated, communicative, and interested in learning recruitment practices within a complex industry.

Responsibilities
- Create accurate and engaging job advertisements across multiple departments to attract qualified applicants.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
- Source, screen, and interview applicants while coordinating an efficient hiring process.
- Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural alignment.
- Create and manage requisitions using applicant tracking systems and HRIS tools.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align on recruitment needs and workforce planning.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, preferred candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
- Build relationships with universities, employment agencies, and other sourcing channels.
- Provide guidance or structured training to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and hiring best practices.
- Coordinate the employment offer process, including research, approvals, and extending offers to selected candidates.
- Stay informed on industry trends, news, and competitor practices.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with local regulations and equal employment opportunity requirements.
- Support employer branding initiatives designed to attract top talent.
- Provide hiring managers with insights on market conditions and the talent landscape.
- Work with the HR team to support onboarding and orientation activities.
- Look for opportunities to improve and streamline recruitment processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to shifting priorities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
- Strong organizational ability with capacity to manage multiple tasks.
