Job Description
Medpace is expanding rapidly and is hiring full-time Junior Software QA Test Engineers (Validation Engineers) for its Information Technology team in Mumbai.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers and end users throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure applications meet business needs.
- Perform manual, exploratory, and automated testing using different test methodologies.
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and related project documentation.
- Participate in peer reviews of test cases and testing processes.
- Identify, document, and report software defects and inconsistencies.
- Review and analyze requirement specifications to ensure complete test coverage.
- Support end users during execution of acceptance test scripts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience writing and executing manual tests for complex software applications. Exposure to automated testing is an added advantage.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including software developers, department leads, and end users.
- Strong computer proficiency along with analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the regulated healthcare industry is a plus.
