Role Overview

The Global Talent Acquisition team manages experienced hiring, executive hiring, campus recruiting, and diversity hiring. The Campus Recruiting team focuses on building strong university relationships and developing programs that attract talented graduates to Mastercard.

This team works to create an environment where emerging professionals choose Mastercard as they enter the workforce. The programs and initiatives reflect the company’s culture, community involvement, and commitment to diversity.

Event Coordination

  • Support the campus recruiting team in planning and executing intern and full-time hiring programs.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, including orientation logistics, training sessions, social events, and speaker programs.
  • Provide on-campus support for recruiting activities, including scheduling, planning, and coordination.
  • Register interview and presentation dates through university career services.
  • Arrange logistics for events such as room bookings, facilities, and audio/visual setup.
  • Prepare interview schedules and candidate interview packets for both campus and internal interviews.
  • Coordinate with the campus marketing team to arrange advertisements and promotional materials for events.
  • Track event RSVPs and provide real-time updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Send confirmation and reminder communications to candidates and internal teams before events.
  • Handle event documentation including sign-in sheets and post-event housekeeping tasks.

Candidate Management

  • Ensure candidates create profiles in the recruiting system and guide them through the hiring process.
  • Maintain candidate information, spreadsheets, and recruiting statistics.
  • Update recruiting tools with offer acceptances, declines, and related information.
  • Coordinate relocation requests and sign-on payment processes.
  • Manage onboarding for both full-time hires and interns.

Reporting and Administration

  • Maintain system data from job creation and job descriptions to candidate management and onboarding.
  • Keep school team lists updated, including distribution lists and spreadsheets.
  • Track and update budgets with all related expenses.
  • Process expenses and sponsorship invoices for schools, recruiters, and candidates shortly after events.
  • Maintain a centralized calendar and event tracking spreadsheet for recruiting activities.
  • Generate reports on candidate applications, event attendance, and diversity metrics.
  • Perform monthly audits across data systems to ensure information accuracy.
  • Manage the team SharePoint site, including event calendars and various trackers for candidate data, expenses, and campus contacts.
