Overview

• The CIS Testing Team validates Mastercard products and services with financial institutions, enabling electronic payments worldwide.
• CIS ensures that financial institutions remain systemically aligned with Mastercard financial messaging standards.
• The role focuses on accurately reviewing and validating customer network interfaces and systems used for processing financial transactions.
• Supports customers in testing new Mastercard release code.
• Facilitates testing whenever financial institutions introduce system changes.
• Involves learning new technologies and collaborating with customers to achieve shared goals.

Role

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and Mastercard representatives during the end to end execution of processing implementation projects.
• Provide testing assistance to Mastercard customers across products and services.
• Guide customer processing support teams through all necessary processing implementation activities.
• Manage multiple customer implementation initiatives simultaneously, including key projects across major markets and services.
• Define, create, maintain and document both standard and customized implementation processes.
• Deliver training sessions for CIS teams, other Mastercard groups and customers.

All About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, Business, or comparable practical experience.
• Understanding of IT systems with strong knowledge of network topology and project implementation practices.
• Familiarity with payment transaction processing and industry business concepts.
• Experience with API testing.
• Knowledge of ISO 8583 and ISO 20022 standards.
• Solid understanding of authorization, clearing and the four party payment model.
• Ability to work with customers and management while handling multiple projects.
