Role Overview

The Associate Analyst, Portfolio Management is part of the People Operations and Insights team. The team focuses on enabling data-driven decisions, delivering operational experiences at scale, and supporting operational excellence across People and Capability.

This role works closely with global teams and requires collaboration across multiple time zones. The position supports planning, program coordination, and operational enablement for large initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of large projects within the People Operations and Insights organization.
  • Partner with teams to develop and maintain prioritized roadmaps across POI initiatives.
  • Standardize documentation processes to ensure consistent and accessible project records.
  • Provide backup support and perform ad hoc responsibilities to maintain project continuity.
  • Assist in building enablement and change management plans aligned with POI deliverables.
  • Support governance and planning for internal POI communications.
  • Create reusable templates and tools such as readiness checklists and quality control standards.
  • Track and report portfolio metrics and KPIs to measure progress and performance.
  • Identify potential risks and contribute to mitigation strategies.

  • Prior experience or familiarity with portfolio management or PMO activities.
