About the Role
Genpact is seeking a Management Trainee - Record to Report (RTR) to join its growing finance and accounting team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong accounting background, particularly in fixed assets, intercompany processes, and month-end closing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute month-end closing activities, including reporting and consolidations.
- Prepare quarterly, annual, and audited statutory financial statements.
- Review and post month-end journal entries.
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Oversee quarterly intercompany processes and resolve balancing items.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- Hands-on experience in reconciliation, accounting, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- CA Inter qualification with significant general ledger experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Subject Matter Expertise in accounting concepts.
