About the Role

Genpact is seeking a Management Trainee - Record to Report (RTR) to join its growing finance and accounting team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong accounting background, particularly in fixed assets, intercompany processes, and month-end closing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute month-end closing activities, including reporting and consolidations.
• Prepare quarterly, annual, and audited statutory financial statements.
• Review and post month-end journal entries.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Oversee quarterly intercompany processes and resolve balancing items.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).
• Hands-on experience in reconciliation, accounting, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA Inter qualification with significant general ledger experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Subject Matter Expertise in accounting concepts.
