Overview
Key Responsibilities
Operation and Maintenance
Perform routine inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance for plant and machinery to keep equipment operating efficiently.
Support breakdown maintenance and assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems when issues occur.
Ensure the proper functioning of equipment including excavators, cranes, batching plants, compressors, generators, loaders, and similar machinery.
Safety and Compliance
Follow established safety practices and OEM guidelines while operating or maintaining equipment.
Comply with EHS standards and all site safety requirements. Immediately report unsafe conditions, equipment faults, or near-miss incidents.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain daily maintenance logs, service records, and inspection checklists for equipment.
Work with supervisors to arrange spare parts and plan maintenance schedules.
Coordination and Housekeeping
Coordinate with operators, site teams, and vendors to ensure smooth operation of machinery.
Maintain proper housekeeping standards in workshops and equipment areas.
