Job Summary

To support our teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, Flex is looking to add a Technician - Engineering Change Management in Chennai, India.

What a typical day looks like

• Create part numbers for the BOM and AVL in the Agile and Baan systems.
• Download customer documents such as product specifications and release them in CDC. Work as a change analyst during NPI for new changes.
• Release part lists to production for new models and after ECO implementation.
• Study ECOs and drawings closely and coordinate with the site process and product engineering teams.
• Work closely with engineering and materials teams to review product updates and modifications.
• Respond to business partners (requestors) and customers on Engineering Change Order queries and ensure adherence to targets set for all process metrics.
• Lead people and apply strong people management skills.
