The JTAM follows defined procedures, applies fundamental troubleshooting techniques, and develops judgment when prioritizing customer requests.
During the first year in New Delhi, you will participate in the FASTER Program, a 12‑month development program designed to build deep technical knowledge and customer engagement capabilities. The program begins on 1 September 2026 and provides hands-on exposure to Red Hat technologies while working with experienced professionals and real customer scenarios.
