Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from planning to deployment.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code for robust tools, services, and applications.
• Automate repetitive tasks using industry-standard scripting techniques.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance testing to ensure reliability and security.
• Perform validation and verification testing for production readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and user experience.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals including Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and build automation tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Compensation

• Training Stipend: ₹27,500 per month
• Full-time Employment: ₹8 LPA

Eligibility Criteria

• BE/B.Tech (CSE/IT) or MCA with minimum 70% aggregate.
• Minimum 60% in both 10th and 12th standards.
• Graduation Year: 2025
• No active backlogs.
• No gap between 10th and 12th; maximum 1-year gap between 12th and graduation.
