Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Junior Executive - Program Management based in Chennai.
What a typical day will look like:
- Assist in reviewing program proposals or plans to define time frames, procedures for accomplishing the program, staffing requirements, and allocation of available resources to various phases.
- Confer with managers in Program Management, Operations, and other departments to outline work plans, assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority, and receive technical advice to resolve problems.
- Drive and coordinate projects and activities with Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure the program progresses on schedule and within budget, facilitating communication across departments.
- Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management, clients, or others.
- Assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
- Occasional travel to customer locations.
- Drive the team to identify continuous improvement activities that impact project timeline, cost, or daily production activities.
- Follow up on shipments to meet site and customer guarantees without delay and coordinate the team to address any issues that may arise.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related industry.
- Awareness of the functional impact on work processes and other functions.
- Proficiency in office tools such as telephones, data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and database systems may be required.
