Job Description
Join J.P. Morgan’s Operations team as a Data Science Analyst and play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into meaningful, intelligent solutions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive automation, process improvement, and support decision-making through innovative data solutions.
You will be involved in designing and implementing automation and digitization strategies, analyzing business requirements, and leveraging tools in low-code/no-code platforms to deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and collect relevant data for business analysis and reporting
- Assist in planning and supporting data-driven projects and operational initiatives
- Translate business needs into technical solutions using automation tools
- Design and develop solutions, including testing and troubleshooting
- Monitor and maintain automation workflows in both test and production environments
- Utilize and administer various automation tools in adherence to firm standards
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure ethical and compliant use of AI technologies
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in data science, automation, or a related field
- Engineering or equivalent academic background
- Intermediate proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx, PEGA Workflow
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field is a plus
- Understanding of software development life cycle and intelligence automation applications
- Basic knowledge of development, testing, deployment, and business analysis workflows
- Exposure to AI/ML model development and implementation
Eligible Batch
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent graduates from 2023, 2024, and 2025 batches
Education Requirement
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or equivalent field
