Job Description
Amazon is seeking an Investigation Associate with a background in transportation, risk management, and data-driven problem resolution. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to build trust-based relationships, investigate suspicious activity, and address escalations while developing long-term, systemic solutions for a world-class customer experience. You will handle a wide range of duties related to identity verification. Flexibility to work in 24x7 shifts and have rotating week-offs is required.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations
- Take appropriate action to identify and help minimize risks posed by fraud or abuse patterns and trends
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets and quality standards for investigations
- Systematically escalate problems or variances in information
- Follow through on resolutions to ensure they are delivered
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as necessary

- Meet productivity, quality, and other hygiene metrics and goals
- Share inputs for SOP enhancements
