About the Role

Join Innovaccer’s Data Engineering team as an Apprentice - Data Ops Engineer and contribute to transforming and analyzing healthcare data. This role offers a unique opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in data engineering while impacting real-world healthcare challenges.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Data Services team to transform and manipulate healthcare datasets.
• Assist in generating analytical reports for U.S. healthcare clients.
• Support the development of interface solutions between Innovaccer's Data Activation Platform and third-party systems.
• Implement and adhere to industry standards and best practices for data engineering.
• Monitor interface performance in production and optimize for high availability.
• Learn and apply data warehousing principles, including database tuning and indexing.

Requirements

• Must belong to batches 2019 through 2024 with a degree in B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
• Willingness to commit to a 1-year apprenticeship.
• Basic understanding of data modeling principles.
• Proficiency in writing basic SQL queries.
• Willingness to work with Python and libraries such as Numpy, Scipy, and Scikit-Learn.
• Interest in Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Sisense.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral).
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
