Job Description
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee in the Marketing team, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and customer communication initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to work on impactful projects and gain experience in a global technology company.
You will be involved in activities such as:
- Creating and delivering effective marketing tactics and digital advertising campaigns
- Analyzing customer requirements and developing targeted messaging
- Supporting interactive advertising and e-commerce programs
- Managing channel and VAR (Value-Added Reseller) programs and partnerships
- Conducting strategic market research and planning to drive growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales to align marketing initiatives
- Supporting direct marketing initiatives including email campaigns, customer profiling, and analytics
- Ensuring collateral and marketing materials are available and aligned with sales objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies aligned with business goals
- Assist in creating content and assets for digital campaigns and promotions
- Support VAR recruitment and development of joint business programs
- Conduct customer research and competitive analysis
- Track campaign performance and optimize based on analytics
- Contribute to planning and execution of strategic customer acquisition programs
- Communicate progress with stakeholders and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives
