Graduate Engineer Trainee

This program starts with a structured onboarding and training process that helps bridge the gap between academic learning and real industry practices. Trainees will work on live projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and build hands-on knowledge of modern software development and enterprise technologies.
The role is suited for recent graduates who want to learn quickly, experiment with new ideas, and build a solid foundation for a long-term career in technology.
What We Are Looking For
- Basic understanding of programming fundamentals such as object-oriented programming and data structures
- Exposure to at least one programming language like Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
- Foundational knowledge of databases and SQL concepts
- Familiarity with web technologies or application development is beneficial
- Awareness of cloud platforms, data technologies, AI, ERP, or legacy systems is considered an advantage
Selected candidates will gain hands-on exposure to real technology environments while working alongside mentors and experienced engineers.
