Your Responsibilities
As a Process Associate, Procure to Pay (P2P), you will process transactions in Accounts Payable and manage Vendor Accounts. The role requires flexibility to work in shifts.
- Coordinate all accounting activities associated with Procure to Pay
- Identify potential threats and recommend suitable actions
- Adhere to SLAs and timelines
- Match invoices, identify errors, resolve exceptions, prioritize invoices, and reduce aging
- Address queries and take follow-up actions
- Meet targets effectively
- Thrive under deadlines and contribute to change management
Required Skills
- Commerce graduate with a focus on Accounts Payable
- Working knowledge of basic accounting and accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Self-directed and ambitious, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
