Responsibilities
As a Process Associate, Procure to Pay (P2P), you will handle transaction processing in Accounts Payable and manage Vendor Accounts. You should be flexible to work in shifts.
- Coordinate all accounting activities associated with Procure to Pay
- Recognize potential threats and suggest suitable actions
- Adhere to SLAs and timelines
- Match invoices, identify errors, resolve exceptions, prioritize invoices, and reduce aging
- Address queries and take follow-up actions proactively
- Meet targets effectively and thrive under deadlines while contributing to change management
Requirements
- Commerce graduate with a focus on Accounts Payable
- Working knowledge of basic accounting and accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Self-directed and ambitious, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
