As a Process Associate – Procure to Pay (P2P), you will handle transaction processing in Accounts Payable and manage Vendor Accounts. You should be flexible to work in shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all accounting activities associated with Procure to Pay
• Recognize potential threats and suggest suitable actions
• Adhere to SLAs and timelines
• Match invoices, identify errors, resolve exceptions, prioritize invoices, and reduce aging
• Apply working knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Respond to queries and take follow-up actions
• Meet targets effectively and thrive under deadlines while contributing to change management

Required Skills

• Commerce graduate with a focus on Accounts Payable
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Self-directed and ambitious, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
