
HSBC is seeking motivated and driven graduates to join the team as apprentices. In this role, you will contribute to a variety of business initiatives while supporting cross‑functional teams in delivering key projects. The position offers practical exposure to project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and business operations.
This role is suited for individuals interested in developing a strong foundation in project management and operational processes within a global banking environment.
Candidates must successfully complete Anti‑Money Laundering and Sanctions training along with the required assessment.
This engagement is a one‑year apprenticeship governed by the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 (as amended). Apprentices will be registered on the NATS portal and will receive a Certificate of Proficiency from the Government of India upon successful completion of the programme.
All other terms related to the apprenticeship will be specified in the offer letter issued at the time of joining.
