HR Payroll Intern at Paytm (Noida) - 6 Months

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Payroll Intern to support our HR team in payroll operations and employee-related processes. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to payroll management, HR operations, employee data, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the monthly payroll processing and related HR activities.
• Maintain and update employee records and payroll data.
• Support attendance, leave, and other payroll-related inputs.
• Assist in preparing and validating payroll reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve payroll and employee data discrepancies.
• Support documentation and other HR Operations activities.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
• Assist the HR team with other payroll-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Pursuing BBA/MBA/PGDM in HR, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
• Candidates who can commit to a 6-month internship are preferred.
