This role is designed as an onsite position, with work primarily carried out from an HPE office.

Job Overview
The role involves executing operational activities related to quoting, pricing, configuration, deal registration, order management, invoicing, and contract lifecycle management. The position also supports sales order completion from quote to delivery and ensures proper sales compensation assignment.
You will produce deal documentation, configure systems for ordering processes, generate invoices, and maintain customer and deal information in internal systems. The role also includes preparing reports and supporting analysis of sales processing activities.
Responsibilities
- Support sales processing activities for assigned business areas and processes
- Learn operational requirements and build capability across sales processing functions
- Collect, consolidate, and chart data from sales and process results to identify trends and issues
- Perform basic analysis activities as part of operational support
- Implement approved process and tool changes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Develop an understanding of internal and external stakeholder expectations and relationships
Management Level
Applies foundational knowledge of business functions and concepts to assignments with limited scope. Works as part of a team by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations while exercising judgment within defined guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or an equivalent qualification
- Typically 0 to 2 years of experience
Knowledge and Skills
- Basic understanding of business and sales processing tools and practices
- Analytical and statistical understanding with problem-solving ability
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English and local language communication
