Role Overview

This entry level position applies foundational principles, concepts, and theoretical knowledge to assignments with limited scope. The role supports team initiatives by providing information, analysis, and recommendations while exercising independent judgment within defined guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide procurement operations support, focusing on basic commodities that require limited technical expertise.
• Work with internal teams across the organization to meet commodity objectives, compliance standards, and business controls.
• Carry out process oriented activities such as reviewing purchase requests, performing procurement and financial checks, and using automated tools.
• Support cross functional team goals by executing commodity strategies through tactical delivery.

Required Qualifications

• First level university degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 0 to 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain related functions.

Knowledge and Skills

• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes.
• Analytical and technical aptitude.
• Familiarity with business applications such as web based systems and SAP tools.
