HP Service Sales Support Specialist in Bengaluru | ₹5 LPA Estimate

Job Purpose

An HP maintenance contract is a valuable business enabler for customers. These contracts help customers manage ongoing support costs, optimise uptime and receive the latest software enhancements, which improves the end user experience and drives utilisation and efficiency.

This role supports HP Inside Sales globally so the business unit can reach its sales, revenue and booking goals.

You will act as an enabler for the sales teams within a fast-paced, centralised support team. You will build strong relationships with sales teams, help them meet and exceed quotas, and be measured on meeting quotation response times. You will work closely with the Inside Sales Team across all 8 markets and the Order Management team to make sure purchase orders are processed smoothly.

Main Duties

You will be in daily contact with the sales team, handling a wide range of enquiries in a sales-focused environment. You will prepare quotations, run reports and liaise with other departments when needed.

• Generate sales quotations and proposals, making sure quotation deadlines are met.
• Record all quotations in HP IQ.
• Prepare and request discounts in HP IQ.
• Build a thorough understanding of the Polycom and HP product and service portfolio.
• Carry out any other duties that help the department run successfully.

Computer Skills

• Price Hub and HP IQ
• Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF)
• Strong Excel skills (pivots, formulas, look-ups and similar)
• Integrated quoting tool
