Job Summary

This position supports financial management by analyzing, reporting, and reconciling financial and operational results. Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze financial data, diagnose key financial drivers, and provide analytical recommendations to stakeholders.
• Perform detailed financial analysis for business units or functions, addressing financial issues and supporting business initiatives.
• Contribute inputs for monthly expense and capital reviews used in budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis with operational insights.
• Interpret financial reports such as forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Develop an understanding of organizational financial processes and gain working knowledge of company operations.
• Assist business teams during financial close by analyzing trends, identifying variances, and supporting development of financial forecasts aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies and reporting standards while ensuring accuracy in internal and external reporting.
• Apply fundamental financial principles and support projects through research and data analysis, providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
• Assist priority initiatives under guidance while sharing information with stakeholders through standardized reporting.
