Job Description
The Quality Analyst will be part of the team with the main responsibility of auditing emails and calls handled out of Hexaware BPS. The role involves recording and sharing timely feedback, highlighting process improvement opportunities, and performing spot checks on various aspects of service quality delivered.
The analyst will also work on analysing and reducing errors, passing on process updates to team members, maintaining weekly and daily reports, and interacting with the process manager and team to improve the process.
